Change dialogs background color

I cannot seem to find a way to change the background color of the dialog windows. None of the themes I tried with this plugin changes that. Am I missing something?

I'm using Eclipse 4.6.1 on Arch Linux, gtk3 and Jeeeyul Themes 2.3.0.
