Can't uninstall

How do I get rid of this from my Eclipse? I go to Eclipse Marketplace, select installed, select remove, select confirm, select restart, and icon is still in toolbar. ??

What if you saying was true, It's bug of the Eclipse. Try opening new window and close exists one or reset perspective.

Not understanding opening and closing windows when the problem is the icon remains in toolbar. Problem is not windows, its icon in toolbar. Essentially, the program does not install with command. Is there a way to manually remove program from Eclipse? screen shot 2016-02-26 at 11 04 32 am
