theme store loading unreliable

Theme store so rarely works for me I'm thinking the best thing to do is simply include all available themes as a seperate download. Is there a way to import? I can see a "show EPF" but I can't find an import button.

:+1: I second that, when using from China it is slow.

Is it on CDN ?
