Preference window has looong scrollbars using eclipse 4.5 mars

Hi, using the just release eclipse 4.5, I have to scroll all the way down to see the tabs or other links. See screenshots for a better understanding:

I'm using Xubuntu 15.04 as OS, and the just released eclipse Version: Mars Release (4.5.0), Build id: 20150621-1200. Jeeeyul's Themes 2.3.0.I20150604-134826 net.jeeeyul.eclipse.themes.feature.feature.group
