I found the issue, the plugin crashes because of my gtkrc file that is created by KDE's gtk config.

File generated: http://codepad.org/UAr6bUuZ

Having that file generates all sorts of errors, sometimes you cannot save settings, and if I use your theme-store and click install the theme works, but if I try to load theme manager it crashes left and right like in the picture above and on next restart the theme is broken.

Would be great if this could be solved, so i can have menu's and icons from my kde theme. Currently i loaded the gtkrc file you provided loaded a theme from theme-store then edited the css with your css configurator and edited the gtkrc file to include my settings from desktop theme. The theme works but if i open your manager it will have errors like explained and if it manages to save something it will break.

Current theme
