Creating a thread to track creation of a minimal but pragmatic OCIO Config using OpenDRT.

Any news? Want to use OpenDRT in the renderer's renderview, so request an OCIO configuration.

Created an OCIO profile form the OpenDRT-param DCTL's default values. It uses T-Log E-gamut as a base. (It also has a bunch of other stuff)
