"Preparing spawn area" always freezes on FTB Endeavour 1.16.5 modpack

I run a 1.16.5 Forge server with the FTB Endeavour modpack. I tried to enable MCMT, but it always locks up while preparing the spawn area. Here's a log: https://gist.github.com/skerit/c978bbc970e7ea0f24bb31c9f376ee30

I tried disabling multiple methods (like I only kept the world parallelization or the entity parallelization) but it always fails at the same point.

Did you try the recomended mod compat settings of "enableChunkTimeout=true" and "enableBlankReturn=true"?
