I have the same problem.

but I've deleted the relevant gist, try to recreate a gist to fix this problem

Well, I think I've found what results in the Internal Server Error.
After I uploaded a code named as code.js, I use <gist>codes.js</gist> in my readme.md.
Now, I've know that roughdraft have no exception processing about wrong syntax among <gist></gist>.
