fix content type

The content type is not set, it is application/x-www-form-urlencoded by default. Many HTTP libraries store the body of form calls differently from JSON/XML payload.

This pull request sets the content type to application/json for JSON payload and text/xml for XML payload accordingly to the RFCs: http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml JSON: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7159 XML: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7303
