strange grass block normals with VA texturepack

Expected Behavior

I expected that I can't see those black dots.

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Minecraft Settings
  2. Activate Both VA & OSBES. VA on top of OSBES
  3. Load my world and I see many dots.

When I use VNR I can't see those but in VA i can see those black dots.

I believe this is the shader's fault rather than VNR's
