Publish 0.3.0 to npm

Popover 0.2.0 is not working with React Native 0.19.0, do you plan to publish 0.3.0 on npm soon ?

It'd be great to have some docs in there about the extended styling too - I figured it out but it'd be easier for all if there was a snippet.

Stop-gap solution is to add package via git ref in package.json
