Lisp parsing

This adds comment parsing for the Lisp family of languages. Libmagic unfortunately does not recognize racket, scheme, and clojure, so users must supply the correct mime type for this to be functional. Additionally, Clojure does have a couple other notions of multi line comments which are not included here for simplicity.
