Endpoint GET /version should also give api version

The current GET /version endpoint gives the webapp version, build and commit values. For iOS to handle future api changes, it would be great to be able to retrieve the api version number. Meanwhile, it can be parsed from serverURL.tld/api/moncycle_app_open_api.yaml
