[Feature] Flatpak/flathub release?

Hi. Not all distributions have open stage control prepackaged (NixOS that I use doesn't), but pretty much all of them support flatpak nowadays. It would be super helpful if there would be a version that can just be installed from Flathub. This would also help with discoverability (it'll be displayed in Gnome Software etc.) and will help users to stay on the latest version without waiting for package maintainers to update the package.

Surprisingly, open-stage-control was just packaged for NixOS so for me personally the issue is less pressing, but I still think it might be valuable to have a flatpak release.

I'm closing this issue because I don't see flathub as a good solution over proper distrib-managed packaging and I personally avoid it on my systems.
