rtx/asdf Plugin Development

Thanks for rtx ☺.

Lots of ASDF plugins for common tools, such as jq, exa, ejson, are outdated and/or no longer maintained.

I dont personally plan on going back to using ASDF after using this, so was wondering if there are any rtx-specific features when defining a plugin (or best practices?), as I'm looking to update/port tools as I go and would like to optimise for rtx if available.
