Load new columns on far right

New columns currently open adjacent to the one that generated them. This pushes all other columns to the right. Nicer if new columns open on the far right?

Profile columns open immediately to the right of the column you clicked in, so they're "in context". The same will probably happen when you initially load hashtag columns (which can then be converted into permanent search columns).

The UI will also scroll to show a contextual column if it's outside the viewport when created.

But I think for other kinds of non-contextual columns, loading on the far right would be the right thing to do. For instance, creating a new search column, list, group, etc.

Does the contextual approach make sense to you?

Personal preference is to not to reshuffle columns by opening all on far right and context comes from having just clicked + not that many columns open.

I guess, seeing how browsers have opted for context with tab handling, more people are probably in your camp. Would be nice to have option to toggle this (like Firefox, unlike Chromium).

OK, will have to think about this some more (so leaving the issue open).
