Incorrect username order on reply

Occasionally, the method for setting up multi-username replies breaks, such that the user being replied to is not listed first. The tweet linked below is a good example of this happening when the user's nick is mentioned twice.

Solution: Remove duplicates of the reply-to nick starting from the end of the array.
