Question: Can we change the width of surveys?

I'm loving this shinysurveys library! I am using the matrix extended input, but when you have a question on the left-hand-side of the radio buttons on a skinny survey, the questions look cramped. Is there a way to change the width of the entire survey to fill the page vs being a narrow vertical bar? It'd help make the questions more readable when they're next to a matrix of radio buttons. Please let me know if this is built in or something that's easy to add! I figured it'd be an option where you select the theme color in the server section of the app.R file.
