Level up desyncs

uh, mainly something with leveling up. When i leveled up i'd only be able to select my stats after a few or 1 turn, and sometimes only on the next level. it only started after i suddenly disconnected mid-match it was a locally hosted game on my friends computer although enemies also desynced occasionally, so i thought an enemy was dead but it then appeared right in front of me again since i'd enviromentally killed it but it didnt actually fall into the liquid
