Auto paint targeting

NOTE: THIS PR IS ONLY THE LATEST COMMIT, ONCE ARROW RICOCHET IS MERGED THIS WILL STACK ON TOP OF THAT.

This is an idea that addUnitTarget could automatically handle the painting of the targeting (so it works when addTarget is called and doesn't have to be manually managed in each targeting spell.

This is an optional enhancement.
