Create Alternitive Blog Options

The "newspaper" layout is pretty cool as a default, but let's see about creating an option for a new layout inspired by Medium's blog.

Style:

• Single-column stacked posts
• Featured image thumbnail to one side
• Min-height on all post "cards"
• 1/4 sidebar on the right (optional)

Labelled as Enhancement, but suggest inclusion in v2 of Bootplate.

New "Blog Settings" Option Set in Customizer

• Blog Layout (drop-down)
• Blog Sidebar (yes/no)

Need to be careful adding this. Bootplate is in production now.
