New column with information about last modification of bug/comment thread

As a new contributor, i've noticed there's a number of bugs with flag "good first bugs" with assignation to nobody@ but inside comment this ticket there's a declaration of contribution and some work is already progressing. I think it would be easier to filter out interesting bugs if we could display and sort them by days from last update.

The popup for each row does show how long since they were last updated, and I'm not convinced that sorting by that data will be the most useful way of displaying it. Perhaps some kind of colour coding would be more effective.

Yeah, i know about popup but then you still needs to review/hover on every ticket. I also thought about colour scale (simple gradient) instead of sorting.
