Allow filtering by difficulty

If we provided a 'beginner', 'intermediate', 'advanced' label map for github integration it would be great for users of Bugs Ahoy to filter by this. This way it should be easy for users to find an easy first task, or something more challenging.

I do like this idea, and I'm going to think about what to do when the vast majority of Bugzilla tasks would not have any kind of difficulty rating present.

Some teams are saying that the good first bugs are meant to be easier than the mentored bugs. I think if we pulled in good first bugs, it might help. Then we'd need to convey that they should start with a "good first" and then move on to a harder mentored bug, and maybe have a tab for each kind.

I've seen variations of [good first bug] on bugzilla, such as [good second bug] and [good next bug].

It's a nice idea but impractical until we decide on some kind of good ranking system for Bugzilla bugs, which require more thinking and coordination.
