Filter out assigned bugs (or at least put them elsewhere)

Some of the folks in Ascend are looking for good first bugs with this tool and are finding bugs that are already assigned.

There is a filter on the page for it. I've considered turning it on by default, but it slows the initial queries down substantially, so I'm loathe to do it. There's a rollover that shows if a task is assigned or not and when the last activity occurred.

Hm, ok I'll check that out - I was watching over someone's shoulder and the AssignedTo: field was empty on rollover but the bug turned out to be assigned.

Oh, that's probably because the assignee doesn't have a real name set, or something.

If you can find an example, it should be easy to fix.

Maybe the bug status is still assigned? People tend to forget to also set this back to new.
