Incorrect behaviour when answering card before answer shown

This is actually a bug, and I'm not sure what to do about it. If you don't click "Show Answer", then Anki ignores the key press and doesn't advance to the next card - but IR still reschedules the card.

I think I will do this:

1. Add an option to the menu: "Count IR cards as reviews". When enabled, Anki will track the number of reviews. When disabled, it won't.
2. Replace the "Show Answer" button with "Soon", "Later" and "Custom". Or force IR to advance to the next card when 1, 2 or 3 is pressed. Or force Anki to ignore those keys until "Show Answer" is pressed.

I don't know when this will get done - it will depend how much trouble it is.
