I'm really not sure if this is some weirdness with the toolkit or not. I'll keep working on it, but I'm a little stumped by it at the moment.
If you have "Enter Title Only" checked, you just need to hit x and then Enter. The title will already be in the edit box.
I will think about adding this as an option.
