Bioconda atropos package tied to python 3.6

Do you have an idea why the bioconda package is tied to python 3.6? I am trying to track down conda dependency issues and this may be one of them. https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/atropos/README.html

I do not know. I've updated the recipe to specify 3.6+ - hopefully that will fix the issue. https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/26174
