Feature request: Allow empty group names

Chrome tab groups can have an empty string as their name. In this case they only have a color, and the tab group indicator is a small circle.

Currently, the extension requires group names to be non-empty, but it could work with empty ones as well.

I like to put a Unicode symbol or emoji as the group name.

@6112 This is the second time this has been requested so I definitely give the idea merit. I have some reservations about it as multiple non-named groups could lead to a strange experience for users, but alas a user should be able to determine that for themselves.

We can keep the pattern as required for each rule and make the name an optional field.

Sidenote: @MizardX I've heard from other users that do this as well and personally like it. It would be cool if we could help users use emojis/symbols, and I would encourage something like that as a feature request.
