Is the command line application still maintained?

a few days ago I've downloaded the command-line application for processing.py from py.processing.org. and while it did run my sketches I had some issues. for example, the circle() function didn't work which lead me to believe that the command-line program is on an is on a different (older) version than the version used by Pyhton mode in the PDE.
