Disable for input with readonly attribute

Not show widget for input with attribute 'readonly'.

@richellyitalo if you fix the TravisCI issue (trailing whitespace) and add a unit test or two, I'll merge this.

please provide fix for the timepicker with "readonly" for the "min" and "sec" input boxes along with AM/PM as well.
