SA comparison tool

It is often useful to compare two SA of the same series. It is especially true when the processing is refreshed, following for instance the concurrent approach (the model is completely re-estimated). We have to provide a tool that displays side by side the different aspects of both processing. The tool should also provide some diagnostics to indicate the preferred solution if any (see for instance the comparison routine included in the last version of Tramo).
