Time series pivot table

Time series are currently displayed in 3 ways in JD+ v2 tables:

  1. time series per column ts_per_colymn

  2. time series per row ts_per_row

  3. single time series where observations are split by their frequency in a year single_ts

The third one is a kind-of pivot table and could be generalized to deal with new concepts of JD+ v3.

@Immurb could you post here some screenshots of your current experimentation?
