Export/Import Specifications

Labelling problem: if you import an exported specification of the same DEFAULT name than an already existing specification in the new workspace, your imported specification will be the same as the already existing specification of the same name and you will have two identical specifications of the same name e.g. X13Spec-1. And if you export a spec to an already existing .cfgx file, this one will be replaced without a warning message.
