simple and advanced specifications

It might be useful as more options and parameters that can be changed are introduced to include a simple and advanced panel with the specifications, where the advanced ones (eg the border thresholds in SEATS, or when more forecast/backcast options are introduced) are things that people are not likely to want to change much or are for advanced users?

Introducing simple and advanced options is a discussion that we had in the past in the different Eurostat groups on seasonal adjusment. Personally, I am also in favor of such a solution: I also proposed it, but it was finally abandoned (what is an advanced option ?). We could reconsider the point in the future (to be discussed with the users' group).
