Class colors in captain picking list

Includes all changes from #28 and my 'proposed' branch, 2f6b2ba4ad...3900759fb9, plus the changes of the classcolors branch (dde5427...d84ef6d):

  • The 'captain choices' list sorted by signed-up class has the class names colored.
  • The 'n users: ' list has people's ID colored by signed-up class.

As always, please syntax-check everything that I send, it probably hasn't been tested. EDIT: This thing is hard to test, but syntax check is complete.
