Littérature on EncoderNormalizer

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right forum, so sorry in advance if it is not.

I am currently writing my thesis where I am using the PyTorch forecasting module. I have found that the forecasting performance is much better when I am using the EncoderNormalizer on the target. I find that quite interesting but I have not found any literature on using encodernormalizer. So I am wondering if you know any literature or you can tell where this approach originates from.
