Bug: Search typing area overlaps with search icon

Bug Description

All instances of search bars' magnifying glass icon overlay with the typing area - typing is still functional it is just difficult to see the beginning of text

To Reproduce

Type in any search bar - e.g. in search plugins, in the file search, etc.

Expected behavior

Not overlap

I'm sure this is a recent change in the native theme, which I haven't been able to fix since I was on a break. I'll get back to developing the theme soon, and I'll make sure to fix it!
