Start Menu Component

It would be nice to have the start menu recreated so it can be used as a navbar.

Might be better to implement a generic menu element first, since there are a lot of various menus (drop down menus and context menus, for example) in Windows.

I was looking for a File/Edit/etc/Help menu - does this mean that that does not exist? Menus like this can indeed be made in pure CSS...
