Deleted entities still remain on entity list

When an entity name is changed or deleted, this integration won't provide to erase it from HA: 2022-08-19_12-32-18_177

The entities are not marked as "not used", so it's not possible to erase them from the UI, as per the following example: 2022-08-19_12-33-48_178

Release 0.6.0 on Nov 18, 2022 added support for unique_id. That should fix it.
