Some tweaks

Now uploads a package to each host that only includes the chef-solo config for that specific host instead of the whole environment. The sentence trying to explain that in the commit message is a bit messed up though...

Tweaked how the chef-solo command is detected in install.sh

Also wrote some clarifications in the README.md
