AMF/FLM format (for Adobe Scout compat): Embrace (fork? optional?) or remove it

AMF is here because this started with a potential goal of being compatible with Adobe Scout. For performance reasons, this dissolved. But it's not necessarily impossible -- I think it would take a lot of work, however ... but more than building HxScout? -- who knows. =P
