Unable to install disvoice on MaAC m1 chip, ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement kaldi_iotqdmmatplotlibnumpytorchlibrosapandaspysptkphonetscipyscikit_learn

I have a miniforge python environment on mac m1 chip. The reason am using this environment is beacause its the only way i acan successfully install TensorFlow on the my mac m1 chip. When trying to install disvoice with pip i get the error: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement kaldi_iotqdmmatplotlibnumpytorchlibrosapandaspysptkphonetscipyscikit_learn

any help will be appreciated.
