Incorrect feedback when switching to various midi views

Problem: When switching to the various views in the midi editor, the speech feedback often speaks the wrong view name.

1. Get into the midi editor by hitting control+alt+E.
2. Switch to the various views by hitting alt+1, alt+2, alt+3, alt+4.
3. 3. As an example, when switching from the Drum Roll view (altl+2) to the piano roll view (alt+1), Osara properly says "Piano roll view". However if switching from the event list (alt+3) to the piano roll view (alt+1, Osara announces "midi view" instead of piano roll.

@ScottChesworth Has commented that this is a timing issue when the new dialog opens that is cutting off Osara speech feedback.
