Key map suggestion: assign a key for Set length for next inserted note: dotted preserving division length

In the midi editor it is currently possible to set the grid type to dotted, but not the note length. As dotted notes are quite common, it would be useful to have the action "Set length for next inserted note: dotted preserving division length" for manual note entry or step recording.

I propose Control+. to be consistent with Control+numbers for setting note length.
