I wonder whether we could factor length into reporting selected items, like how we do with reporting time selection? Shift+F2, tab twice gets that info pretty quickly in the meantime. A limitation of my script is that it uses the project time base from the start of the project so if the project includes tempo changes then it gives incorrect results. I don't usually have projects with tempo changes in so it doesn't cause me a problem but others may use them more often.
