Provide speech feedback for some midi editor actions related to the filter event dialog

Can speech feedback be provided for the folloowing actions when they are assigned to keystrokes?

Filter: Enable/disable event filter e.g. Event filter enabled is spoken.

Filter: Invert filter e.g. Filter slection inverted / not inverted.

Filter: Toggle filter solo e.g. Event filter solo on

Because these are toggle actions, OSARA now automatically provides feedback. It is a bit verbose, but improving it is quite straight forward if it is considered necessary. Are these actions commonly used? Should we be adding them to the key map?

For me, having the default OSARA announcement is good enough. Wouldn't mind it being made less verbose but I don't think that is necessary.
