requesting action feedback for item solo state
Right now, Osara supports item mute state, but not the solo state. It would be very useful if it could provide the feedback for the Item properties: Toggle solo action, and say soloed where it currently says muted when going through the items. Soloing items is something I do often, and it can currently be hard to find the soloed item if you forget which one it was that was soloed, or if you switched the focus from it, so I often have to either try to toggle solo on an item I think it was, but sometimes that doesn't work, and I have to go back and undo the solo.

Solo state of items can't be reported as items don't appear to have a solo flag.
I've requested a solo flag from Cockos on the off chance, but Justin has mentioned in prior conversations that item solo is very, very old code and isn't likely to receive much attention now until he has time for a proper rewrite. We've also switched to using exclusive solo in the OSARA keymap nowadays, which goes some way toward mitigating the issue described in the OP. Closing for now. My fix in #230 was an ugly hack. Cockos did actually fix item solo behaviour and added it to the API. It would be good if we could keep this open as a reminder that the code in #230 needs to be rewritten.
