Bug: icons disappearing.

I’m honestly not sure how to replicate this. I’ve been getting this since iOS 11.3. Resetting settings fixes it for a while, but the icons disappear after some time.

Device is an iPhone 5S, latest developer beta.

Phone isn't ios. And not my phone, but a safe bet.
