Can I release this on conda-forge?

Maybe? It's a weird project since it relies on an external docker and docker-compose install, as well as externally hosted docker images. I personally think it's not up-to-snuff for conda-forge's standards, and for a testing dependency I think installing from pypi is just fine. What's your use case?

Use case is 100% just not wanting to install from pypi for testing purposes
