All commands not initially available

When I initially load atom, I search for the string "Glist" to see what commands are available. The list is limited to "Glist: Toggle".

It is only after selecting Glist: Toggle, fetching all gists, and pressing escape to cancel, that the remainder of the Glist commands become available via the command palette.

it's expected behavior, since init a plugin at start will slow your atom start time. also it's like gist-mode, activate yourself so you can get some gist shortcuts, also you can manually deactivate it if you're not working on gist
